DocManager Module List

ReportCapture		Enables the automated capture, indexing and archiving of spooled files produced from iSeries applications. Documents such as invoice runs are indexed by invoice number, account number etc. Documents can be of types SCS, IPDS, AFP or PCL
ImageCapture		Integrates Kofax Capture to enable the injection of scanned images into the DocManager system. supplier invoices, signed POD's and insurance documentation are common examples. Images can be accessed from within line of business applications such as JD Edwards and Geac system.
Omnisave		Automates the archiving of any PC document type. e.g. .DOC .PDF .XLS etc. Often used to automate the collection of PDF sales invoices produced by systems such as CreatPrint! etc. Also enables the desktop arching of emails from Microsoft outlook.
WorkflowManager		WorkflowManager uses a series of “work queues” to manage complex business processes. Employees are assigned access rights to the appropriate queues within their job scope. Transactions and work queues are monitored throughout the entire process so company resources can be appropriately deployed. This streamlines the organisation’s processes, yielding maximum time efficiency, a reduction in training, and a decrease in the costs associated with paperwork processing.
DocView client		The windows based viewing environment which enables users to search, view, print and email documents.
